Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

“User Content” means any image, caption, hashtag, note, link, or other material you upload, post, or share through the App. You keep ownership of your User Content. We do not claim ownership of it.

By uploading User Content, you grant Glamorae a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to host, store, reproduce, resize, and display your User Content within the App and its related services, solely for the purpose of operating, promoting within the App, and improving the App.

• This license is non-exclusive — you may use and license your content anywhere else.
• It is limited to display within the App and its surfaces (feeds, boards, swipe deck, search, and in-app recommendations).
• If you mark content as public, the license extends to displaying that content to other App users.
• The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or where retention is required by law (see the Privacy Policy).

Each time you upload User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content, or you have explicit legal rights (a written license, release, or permission from the rights holder) to upload it and to grant the license in Section 3.
• You have obtained any necessary model, client, or property releases for people or premises shown in the image.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity right.
• All information you provide about the content (source links, credits) is accurate.

You are strictly prohibited from uploading:

• Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use, including images scraped from other apps, websites, social media, magazines, or brand campaigns.
• Watermarked or credit-stamped content without documented permission from the watermark owner, and any content with a watermark removed, cropped out, or obscured.
• Illegal material, including sexual content involving minors, non-consensual imagery, content promoting violence or hate, counterfeit goods, or anything unlawful where you or your viewers are located.
• Spam, deceptive promotions, malware, or content impersonating another person or business.

You assume full legal liability for your uploads, including any copyright infringement claim arising from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glamorae, its affiliates, and its staff from any claim, demand, loss, damage, penalty, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) that arises out of content you upload or the rights you claimed to have in it.

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms — with or without notice — including under our DMCA & Copyright Policy. Repeat infringers are permanently banned.

The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Glamorae does not pre-screen User Content and is not responsible for content posted by users. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or USD $50.
